A half-day National Stakeholder Consultation on the ILO Global Commission Report on the Future of Work was organized by the V. V. Giri National Labour Institute (VVGNLI) in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, India (MoLE) and the ILO as part of ILO’s Centenary Celebrations on 8 February 2019 at the VVGNLI.
The Ministry of Labour and Employment, India (MoLE) is presented with a copy of Work for a brighter future, a landmark report by the ILO Global Commission on the Future of Work.

The ILO “Regional meeting on skills and the future of work: Strategies for inclusive growth in Asia and the Pacific” was held on 12-13 October 2017. The first day of the Meeting is an in-depth engagement of experts to review the scope and content of the proposed publication.
