February 8-9, 2016 - RALEIGH, NC - UNC TV reporter Kelly McCullen speaks with Mack Koonce of United Way of the Greater Triangle, Richie Duncan of Franklin County Economic Development, and Jeff Debellis of NC Department of Commerce during the 31st Annual Emerging Issues Forum. The forum, "FUTUREWORK," is focused on how North Carolina can best ensure enough good future jobs as workplace automation expands and the state's demography shifts. The Forum is hosted by NC State University's Institute for Emerging Issues, a "think and do tank" that brings North Carolinians together around complex issues in pursuit of a single goal: to enhance North Carolina’s future competitiveness. Hur påverkar det utformningen av framtidens kontor och arbetsplatser och uppfyller verkligen arbetshörnan därhemma kraven på god arbetsmiljö? Hur ser framtidens arbetsplats ut där vi tar med oss lärdomarna från coronapandemin och från den pågående klimatförändringen.
Bloxhub och Øresundsinstituttet har i högt tempo arrangerat debatten och bjuder nu med kort varsel in er i våra nätverk att delta. Debatten sker i ett hybridformat med möjlighet till en fysiskt närvarande publik på cirka 35 personer (covid-19 anpassad lokal) och möjlighet att följa debatten via vår livestream på YouTube.

A half-day National Stakeholder Consultation on the ILO Global Commission Report on the Future of Work was organized by the V. V. Giri National Labour Institute (VVGNLI) in collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Employment, India (MoLE) and the ILO as part of ILO’s Centenary Celebrations on 8 February 2019 at the VVGNLI.
India has been a proud member State of ILO since 1919 and shares a strong history of 100 years. As of 2019, India has ratified 47 of ILO conventions including 6 core conventions.

Karuna Nundy, Supreme Court advocate, talking about sexual harassment issues at workplaces and how best both employers and employees can tackle them from a legal point of view.
On 21 January 2017, an event was held in New Delhi in partnership with Youth Ki Awaaz on the theme of youth and the future of work. Three themes were in focus: Women in the workforce, Entrepreneurship and working conditions. The event was attended by 125 people. The first session was live broadcasted and it received an online hit of 100 thousand. On 18th January as a build up to the event, a twitter chat was hosted by Youth Ki Awaaz on these themes. The chat reached 3 million twitter accounts.
