Future Islands are from Baltimore, Maryland and their new album "In Evening Air" is my favorite of the year so far. I saw them in Toronto recently and asked if I could do some portraits before their set. Very nice gents, and they always put on a crazy show.
Many titles of my pictures are lyrics of this band.

With strong growth predicted over the coming years, the workshop explores applications, business realization and the ingredients to a product’s success in the range of smart textiles and wearable technologies. The cutting-edge Berlin group ElektroCouture is conducting the workshop for students and independent designers in Bangkok under the theme “INSPIRE & ENABLE”. 18 participants from Thailand and Southeast Asia will be selected based on a call for proposals and invited to take part in the workshop. The participants will be introduced to techniques and equipment used in the production of technology related fashion and will be mentored in developing their own vision from idea to reality. To aid their development of the prototypes, the participants will each receive a production subsidy of €250.

He can lead us all, and not storming the parliament, like a rowdy cowboy, and threaten a member of parliament.
This intervention-exhibition presents artworks and installations across the galleries and public spaces of the McManus: Dundee’s Art Gallery & Museum, and the Mills Observatory. The works conjure up an image of future artifacts, questions ideas of what we leave behind and reveals the hidden material cultures of our technological age. The audience can choose to hunt for these artifacts or find them by chance; either way they will provide new conversations between museum objects and their audience.
