Pedigree decided to make an "affordable" basic doll each year, starting in 1973. They called her 'Funtime' Sindy.
The 1984 model had a lovely 'housewife' sort of dress and white sandals. She was available in blond, brunette and auburn.

Me: Where are you off to in such a hurry?
Sindy: Oh, I thought we were done. I just made scones and was about to eat them when you called and asked me over.
Me: Ah! Do forgive me for trespassing on your scones time!
Sindy: Not at all! Why don't you tag along? I'll put the kettle on.
Me: Don't mind if I do.... Er, you didn't forget to lock the door before you left I hope?
Sindy: No, why?
Me: Well, we've had a few break-ins lately.. by little uns..
Sindy: Good heavens! The little Blythes!
We hurried out.
Joey and I built a sand village on the beech at St Ives. It laasted all of 1 minute until Joseph decided to do some demolition work!
When the cat's away the mice will play...but nothing last forever.

Local people of Nainital at morning time (near about 7:30 am). Rowing boat is like their morning exercise. Sometimes they use to throw the oar in the water and then jump & swim in the lake to get it just for fun.
Fleq, Flawn, Torso, 45rpm and 3Dom payed my new studio space a visit last thursday and we painted a production downstairs.
A ride after the end of the summer season at the Pleasure Park, South Shields, Tyne and Wear.
Actually not my personal idea of fun... Nice colours though.

Just got another outfit that I wanted for a while, as it shows what Sindy’s style is all about, IMO; - fun, carefree, colourful, clean, classic and very sporty! I was lucky to get ‘Beachcomber’ which was part of her boxed fashion ‘Miss Sindy’ range from 1981 NRFB, as I loved the box graphics of Sindy by the sea. (You can see it NRFB here!) At first, I didn’t think the outfit was actually so ‘beachy’ but after shooting it in this setting, I can see how it would be… I love that slouchy denim Hobo bag and that those dungarees are actually quite fitting which makes them just that bit sexier! My auburn haired 1979 Funtime is loving wearing this, as you can see… and I think it looks perfect on Sindy’s 1982 motorcycle, which was just a last-minute flash of inspiration I had toward the end of the shoot… she’s still on it now, wearing that outfit on the rooftop of the Sindy house!!! :D
