It is getting too damn hot here!! I need to move to Chicago soon. I cannot take this much longer...and it's only gonna get worse.
Photos from the funfair at Leeds Festival 2013, a very wet and muddy festival this year, feel sorry for all showmen involved.
I don't normally put my funfair photos on Flickr, normally my own website, www.southyorkshirefunfairs.co.uk - but since this isn't a normal funfair I've decided to put them on here instead.

Starflyers have gained in popularity in recent years and the Ilkeston fair featured two such rides. This is the smaller one, manufactured earlier in 2014 by the Czech Funlight company.

Mattel's Funlight was a large flashlight that projects slides onto your wall. This slide has two parts that rotate so you can mix and match the tops of the characters with the bottoms.

This is the product shot from the school assignment, we had 4 different types of this drink to shoot, i liked this one the most so i decided to put this one up on flickr, kinda basic lighting and my group was lucky to get something transparent and colorful.

While on assignment for the Badger Herald I had to snap some photos of an event at our local children’s museum. It was called “Baby’s First Halloween” and featured fun, games, and costumes from kids of all ages. It was honestly a very cool event. The kids had awesome costumes and looked to be having the time of their lives.
This particular photograph is of a family who dressed up as the characters from the Wizard of Oz. Unfortunately the lion was a bit overtired and didn’t make it into this photo, but a candid shot nonetheless.

We used to go to the gym a few years back. When we were kids, his mom used to make us drink FunLight. He also sleeps with his eyes half-open. Ah, the memories.
Just outside of the Children's Museum I saw this little one sitting in a stroller.
I was then shown one of the purest faces I have seen in my life. Unfortunately, I was only able to get one shot off and this was from a much larger photograph, but I still think even with the poor crop and low quality, this photograph still packs a punch!

For Flickr Group Roulette's "Just Shots".
Surely only a fool would go walking through dark alleyways in the middle of the night simply to take flickr photos. Actually, this is the alley that runs alongside my office's building. It's where our dumpster is and I go back there regularly. I've been meaning to take a photo of the area for awhile now and finally did so tonight. I was hoping for more of a silhouette effect, but time was running short and I like how this turned out.
