Today was the day of the Clem7 Fun Run. The course was a bit over 10km and travelled through the southbound tunnel had a turn round on the SE Freeway and then finished coming up the northbound tunnel.
I had hoped to take about 5 minutes off my my last 10km time but I ended up putting on 2 minutes. I'm not that worried about that because due to the heat and humidity in the tunnel I didn't meet anyone who improved their times. When the official results were released this afternoon, I compared the results of the some of the top runners from the Bridge to Brisbane last year with their Clem7 results. All of them had slower results, ranging from about 2mins to 10 mins.
I was so happy when I finished!
