It's hard to take oneself serious when someone comes to take a picture of you taking a picture of yourself.
Well, it's been doing this for the last 3 hours. They are now saying 1-4 inches. The flakes are still pretty small.
The aurora oval is obscured by cloud, so Mike and I made long exposure headlight/taillight shots on the north side of the bridge. I set up my camera on the south side, looking north; setting to intervals to blindly catch myself driving back and forth for Mike's shots. Here, I parked the truck to check out Mike's photos, and the headlamps cast these cool looking beams. A pleasant outcome.
As I walked the beach I watched this man who seemed to be having a wonderful time driving in and out of the surf.

When we've been terribly bored we created this.
We are so inventive and creative haha.
