My face is a roadmap that adds lines and intersections every year. The lines around my face are from smiling and laughing. The ones above my nose are a mix of worry, anxiety, and eye balance. The ones around my mouth are so hereditary! All my mothers sisters (and my mom) have them. the smokers in the family have large indentations around the lips, those of us who don't smoke just have lines. The lines around my nose are from years of no sunglasses and squinting- I don't look good in sunglasses or hats. Just a fact. Getting old stinks, but I suppose those lines have many stories wrapped up in them and I've earned each one....
