For Macro Mondays theme "triangles", this is a detail from a piece of Pueblo folk art we picked up in Santa Fe, New Mexico (description corrected from earlier due to spousal intervention).

I made this photo in Santa Monica, near the city’s center. This is before our California kiddos move to Northern California, so it’s been several years ago. The Rooster was atop a property loaded with similar items. I used Prisma’s Parrot filter on this shot.
She's actually quite " SHABBY CHIC ", for a KoKeshi " possibly a MOD KOKESHI DOLL, since she has such a high paint lustre.

I made some creatures to sell this past Christmas - these are two of them. To me they were a bear and a rabbit, but people had different ideas about what each one was. Turns out they could be many different creatures. I like that about them.
I saw this charming piece of folk art for sale; it was carved by a gentleman by the name of Mieczyslaw Tawadzlu in Lukow, Poland, a town famous for this form of folk art. I wish I had enough zloty to purchase it!
Seen a Ad in Craigslist for a Free 7 month old Bloodhound male...Called my daughter and they went and picked him up and brought him up to us...Cleo has a younger playmate now and hopefully Bloodhound pups next year...All 3 dogs are gitting along fine
