糸魚川にお誘いをいただきました。日本海あり、山あり。天気が良いと北アルプスの山々が見える自然豊かなところです。
標高が高いためか、大雨が降りましたが、
あたりは、霧がかかった様で、とても美しかったです。
時間を割いて案内してくださったWさんにお礼申し上げます。
I went to Itoigawa,Niigata. We can see the Sea of Japan, and mountains.
Heavy rain was down around the trees,
it was like foggy, it was very beautiful.
A focus stacked, landscape image of fog over a pond in Perthshire, Scotland.
I had to focus stack this as the camera was hand held and there was not enough light to use a smaller aperture to get the depth of field I wanted without having to use a tripod. Good to be able to think on my feet though.
Fog and the sun rising can provide a nice opportunity to capture a scene. This picture of the tug boat slowly moving through the fog was taken a number of years ago in the Greek Isles. I just rediscovered the image in my archives and re-edited it.
The fog was constantly moving and changing shape. Only for brief moments would there suddenly be a clear view of the downtown skyscrapers - and it was so cool!! Then they would be obscured by fog once more.
my home was covered in fog all day long. I decided to go on a walk anyway and was surprised by the sun, thanks for that :-)!
Foggy landscape. The artificial reservoir has been created by workers of factory before the Second World War for all townsmen of a Krasnogorsk.
Pt Reyes National Seashore on a typically foggy day. If you walked straight up that hill, you could go over a cliff into the Pacific Ocean.
