Despite being tightly strapped down to the ground, this small aircraft didn't fare nearly as well as the seagulls during the storm! I think it was a total loss and I saw it being disassembled today.
See previous photo. A female black-chinned hummingbird does a back-flip to get distance from the Yellow jacket crawling on her chest.
Still in 2016, but so many photos I hadnt chose to process back then , mind you I'm glad I found them :-)

I didn't love this one. Oddly, it's the reverse of the last pic, but didn't seem to respond as well to processing. It was still a pretty view, at least.

Sorry to be a flower bore but the day I took the one from under the flowers (uploaded a few weeks ago) I took this too. I really like the metallic look to the petals and have been itching to put it up, but I didn't want to O.D you on flowers, so my humble apologies to you all.
