Wardair was a Canadian airline that flew Airbus A310s to San Diego for a very short period. Their flights don't appear in this schedule, so I'm not sure to where and for how long they flew from San Diego.

The aircraft is loaded up with weaponry to test the combat carriage limits of the Sargent Fletcher external fuel tank. The A-10 flight personnel are testing to ensure the A-10 can carry the tank into a combat environment safely. Actual climb profile (green line) portraid agains the FMS predicted profile. We're supposed to climb to FL400 giving us a 3 minute cruise before descent back into Edinburgh. In the end we cruised at FL360 for 12 minutes. Actual flighttime was only 49 minutes between the two cities.
