Looks like one of the lost world out there. LOL! This is a scene from the Tabur Hill. Beautiful view from the top minus the tress that are blocking our view. I enjoyed my hike on that hill, extreme and tough for a first timer like me. Haha! Anyway, i survived! =D

Gotta go now, headache is killing me!

ZAHS advanced band performs at Grandberry Mall

Zama American High School’s advanced band played for the first time in a local foreign national concert venue May 22 at Grandberry Mall.

Kevin Hanson, Zama American School band teacher, said he has been here nine years and they have been unable to find a venue off-base.

“For this performance opportunity, we had to send a video of the band to be asked/accepted to play,” said Hanson.

The symphonic band of 41 students played a variety of music to include some Disney movie themed music, Batman’s theme song and the Mission Impossible movie theme song.

Hanson said the mall manager was watching the crowd and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

“We were invited to come back anytime,” said Hanson.

There is actually a brick patio under all that creeping charlie, haha. From the sidewalk to the brick pile is all hand laid brickwork, can't wait to uncover it!

It's like a jungle in the back of our yard. There are trees and shrubs and mulberries and a swing set. Love it!
