The TV is on. This is the residue of visual information left on your camera sensor when the shutter speed is set to 50 seconds (ND10 filter). I am (inevitably perhaps) asking what kind of image will be left in our brain after this period of time. Fuji X-E3.

An oldie from the archives at Fifty Point.
Freezing rain and ice for the past couple days - not too much fun being outside except taking a couple of photos of ice covered objects.

Thanks for taking time to fave, comment and look at my work. I really appreciate.
Two or three weeks ago I put a photo into the Macro Mondays group that I called 'Staying Alive' where I used this 50 pence coin in a different composition. Well after I'd finished shooting that image I was about to clear up the patio table where I'd taken that shot when I noticed this bee on the ground. And you'll know what I mean when I say that you sometimes see bees on the ground that are very sluggish and almost unresponsive. This was one such bee. The gears started to whirl in my brain and I thought - Why not! So I gathered it up on a piece of cardboard and gently nudged it onto my coin and took a couple of quick shots. I then put him gently back onto the ground and let him bee...
So before anyone reports me, no bees were harmed in the making of this image!

I usually prefer simple 5-petal roses, but this many-petaled rose stood out from all the roses I saw that day. Great color and at the perfect stage of opening. Seen in the Rose Garden at the Los Angeles County Arboretum. Sadly I do not the know the iD or I would plant one in my backyard LOL !
This long exposure hides the choppiness of the Sound stirred up by the high winds of the morning. No hiding for me as the rain begins to pick up ever so slightly.

I am nothing without love
4 Love is patient, it is kind, love does not envy, love does not boast or exalt itself; 5 she is not rude, she does not seek her own gain, she is not quick-tempered, she does not count wrongs, 6 she is not malicious, but she rejoices in the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, always hopes, endures all things.
8 Love never ends.
