- I think it's an outcast song but... anyway! How nice is a shower at home! I took one yesterday but it was kinda half ass- I was so sore ! I missed my razor sooooo much- thank you smooth legs again! -that was a bit difficult but it was worth it! Washed my hair with all my smelly good Orchid-something or other stuff- yummmm! Hot water felt so good!

It's a little scarry to shower but now that I know I can't hurt anything it's great! -(the stitches or staples are covered still) It's going to be a surprise when I uncover the bandages- I'll show you guys though! - I'm so clean now- I have 99.9 % of the tape rubbed off my body- there are just a few spots I can't get- ouch! But all is good-

I even through on some mascara & powdered my nose! :) Ate lunch with a friend- that was nice- hot clam chowder and a turkey avocado half- of course! -still feeling great!

So glad I didn't miss a 365- today is day ummm 164! :) Love ya- Kris!

And I feel great except my legs aren't used to carrying this extra weight so they scream at me ALL the time.

And what a beautiful Monday it is.

Alrightie, non alcoholic of course, I am drinking some chocolate milk ( and just took my vitamins:)). I had a nice, hot cup of chai tea going for my first round of shots - OUTSIDE, in the sun, snow and cold...but they did not work out. Beautiful sunny skies and me all squinty eyed and out of focus,LOL.

Oh well:).C'est la vie, take some more pics, have another drink.

So, here's to a beautiful March Break Monday.

The kids are sick, my husband nearly drove to the wrong city to catch a flight ( we live between two large cities) and when he did get to the right airport, he found that his flight had been overbooked and is now killing 7 hours till his next flight, friends are having work issues and relationship crap...but for the first time in weeks...I feel like me:)

So, hugs to everyone, I think I am back.

Here's to that:))

Nikon Coolpix 3200 - great pictures / crappy video. i could've lit this better but the moment is fleeting and i didn't think about it before she hit the bed to do the post-bath-dance. But I think you get the idea here... (Julie says it's her interpretive piece entitled "The Death of My Dirt Ballet")... it always holds the audience in awe... such grace... such beauty... such a spaz dog. (gotta love her though)

At the end of last August, we switched our cats to Kirkland's Brand Cat Chow. Skeeter was already eating diet cat chow, but was grossly obese, and in terrible shape. He was bloated and lethargic, and not acting at all like a normal 2 year old cat. Today, thanks to Kirkland's Cat Chow, Skeeter is like a new cat. He can run, jump and play. He's gone from quiet to expressive and affectionate. We joke all the time about having a "new cat". He still has a bit of weight to lose, but he's looking and feeling great now. This is a wonderful success story and I wanted to share the good news with everyone.

UPDATE: October 2009:

Skeeter and my other two cats are still eating Kirkland's chow, and after one full year on it, they are doing great! This fall, the boys got the thickest, softest winter coats they have ever had. We are completely pleased with their health in every way.

Having the ability to use the wall and ground to establish one's asana gives the advantage of practicing the concept "grounding one's pose" more effectively.
