A local friendly lamb in the village where I live. Very friendly with people and also the mother so must have spent a lot of time around humans. They liked the camera because they were smelling it and licking it.

After several minutes of us watching the calf we noticed Moma come over to check out what was going on.

I don't know, but she seemed to have a stern look about her!

Two new born lambs together in field's in Talsarnau.

A lucky capture as I managed to take the shot before the sheep decided to run away. Taken at the top of Shobrooke Park, Crediton.

Herdwick sheep are unique to the Lake District; I'm rather please because I love everything about them.

A family of Hereford cattle along with three Brown-headed Cowbirds (Molothrus ater) enjoy a quite moment in the afternoon sun.

The Highland Cows always seem to be on the road to Huisinish and very reluctant to move off it.

A long haired goat enjoying the springtime sunshine on it's face in a grassy meadow.

These beautiful cows with their young ones were in a muddy field. They looked so glum ... I felt sorry for them. But they make a nice picture and so I painted them and told them we'd try to make them happier. Here's a wonderful piece of musical artistry for them (and you!) which I thought might help everyone who's finding the run up to the festive season not as joyful as they would wish. I hope my cows make you happier and the music as lovely as I find it.

A herd of cattle making some curious looks at my camera in a summertime field

On our drive down to Postbridge last Sunday we drove past a small group of Highland coos. I couldn't resist getting out of the car to snap a photo. They're definitely my favourites!

I like big cows and I cannot lie! Hard to pass one of the furry beasties without snapping a photo! This one I took in the Haytor area, in the background, Houndtor can be seen.

This turkey seemed fascinated by my camera at last week's McHenry County (Illinois) Fair.

New additions to the wildlife at my local RSPB reserve at Arne, Dorset.

Nothing is better than getting really into the mud and looking for food.

I am quite new to Geraldine, Gertrude and Greta, which is why they appear to be curiously checking me out. I was on Alpaca feeding duty this weekend and loved spending time with these beautiful creatures...I could sit and watch them all day.

I stumbled upon a bunch of these fabulous creatures on my roadtrip yesterday. Their awesome hairdos reminds me of me when I was younger.

Easter Greetings to all flickr members, hope you are all having an eggciting one! Lambs enjoying the spring sunshine in a large field bordering Cleeve Common in Gloucestershire.

Just love sheep and barns. Took a drive around my home town Friday morning and came upon this beautiful brown barn and its residents. Candia, NH USA

I hope this doesn't offend anyone. My husband and I laughed like little kids when I realized what I had captured.

Donkeys graze on a farm near Prior Lake, Minnesota.

Not sure who is walking who in this photo. The sheep seem to be guiding the way as if they know where they are going.

He was calling all day long!
