This Osprey was with friends and they were calling to each other very cutely. High pitched, cutsie pips.

Dramatic morningskies over Sweden.

We suppose to have strong winds today but still this morning it was calm in the Stockholm area.

But the sky was spectacular.

A bit of fall-time scenery before it goes away.

Every year, my best friend since Kindergarten and I do an annual Fall guys trip. While he isn't super big into trains, he lets me take a few hours here and there to document some, as Fall colors are usually at their peak when we take our trip. For the past two years, we have gone up to Sandusky, OH. Bellevue, not being too far away, is usually where we go if we want to see some good train action. This year, while driving south to Bellevue, we heard Wheeling 224 from Toledo getting a warrant to head east from Yeomen siding outside of Bellevue. I threw it into high gear and we made a dash for Monroeville, where the Wheeling crosses over the Huron River on a large bridge. As I was hoping, Fall color back there looked great. We, along with a few railfans from upstate New York, were back there to photograph the two tigers leading their train toward Norwalk, Wellington, Creston, and eventually Brewster. This was mt first time shooting a train at this well known location, and I'd call it a success!

This lemon verbena came from a cutting off Aunty Consuelo’s own plant. She spliced it and made a new plant. Consuelo was still in the process of doing this when she passed away. Uncle Manuel, her son, took care of it until it was time to give it to Nana.
