This is a pic taken during Holi, the festival of colours in India. People apply these colours, made out of flower petals, on each other and celebrate Holi.
This one was a cool masquerade looking beauty shotfrom the royalty series. The white facepowder we used was actually flour. But about 20 minutes into the shoot, we realized that the model(Bazhena) was infact allergic to flour. So it had to be removed post haste, following that the white face powder was done in editing.
Been in an all day Commission meeting today so I'm now brain dead with no inspiration. Got home slumped on the sofa and thought I needed to take a photo. This is what I saw..... my messy mantlepiece.
