I borrowed a D700 and went to the beach to test it. At that speed there was some vignette, but I found the results very impressive. I am very impressed by its features!

Did you hear about the Tamron Extreme Test? I am now part of it. I won a Tamron 18-270mm lens and now I have to test it during five tasks, Tamron is telling me. After these five test, I own this lens. By now, it's the lens with the widest zoom range on the market. I am quite surprised about the optical quality of this "super zoom".
This shot, for example, was made after "Rhein in Flammen" (rhine on fire) in Bonn. I hope you like the foggy mood.
