Exploring Elowah Falls in the Columbia River Gorge. It's so much more fun when you go with someone who wears a red jacket and doesn't mind getting soaked.
KRUGER NATIONAL PARK
When leavin the S129 Gravel Road to make some distance on the Thsokwane Rd., we saw that huge mass of birds in the air, just a bit to the south.
Following the sighting of the bird, we found out, that they adjoined to this massive Buffalo herd, that grassed just besides the street.
You could tell by their dumpings, that they had just crossed the street and stopped by again. There were birds flying above them everywhere or the Ox-Peckers sitting on their backs.
Great sighting, but unfortunately, I only combined very few photos to some sort of panoramic views of the scene, with a realtively close view like this one.
It's actually 4 pictures combined and yes, I have a pano of the full herd, but only with a wide angle lense.
This tele-pano, even with only a very small part of the herd is much stronger.
