One of our local exotic car dealers Mile's End Motors held a track day at our local track. Some of the starts were a SLR 722S Roadster, Carrera GT and a Ultima GTR.

I stuck a GoPro on a suction cup on the bottom of my kayak today while in the shallow waters of North Bay. I noticed these odd round white "shells" all over the bottom, but under closer investigation it turns out these are golf balls. I guess some golfers like to whack balls out in the bay instead of the driving range?

Juice of ½ Lime

Leaves from 2 sprigs Mint

⅓ oz Sugar Syrup

½ oz. Grapefruit Juice

½ oz Falernum

1½ oz. Light Puerto Rican Rum (subbed with Niessen Blanc)

1½ oz. Light Cachaça

¾ oz Melon Liqueur (aka Midori)

1 dash Angostura Bitters

6 drops Herbsaint (Pastis, in my case)

Put ingredients into blender with 4 oz crushed ice. Blend at high speed for 10 seconds. Pour into glass and garnish with mint sprig. I thought garnishing with a mint sprig seemed redundant, so I used a marashino cherry and a slice of mango.
