I was amazed to find our friend at the bird feeder.

have a nice weekend ✨

I know, I know. Sorry, but this is another photo of a butterfly I recently photographed. This beautiful "guy" lived not in the wild, but in a garden center. There was an exhibition to be admired with colorful renditions. As you have already noticed, I love colors. I just could not decide which photo to take. Butterflies have grown so heartfelt to me this summer that they simply belong to me since then. So I decided for this beautiful specimen. I could not resist the colors. But admittedly, I love the butterflies in the wild much more. I hope you have a little bit of pleasure in this picture and the lovely colors.

I wish all my flickr friends a wonderful and peaceful time. Take care of you because you are all so precious. Thank you so much for your friendship. I will miss you all so much !!! 😉 💖

Foreigner - 'I Want To Know What Love Is'

www.youtube.com/watch?v=raNGeq3_DtM

A delicate yellow orchid hides in shadows of other greenhouse plants.

Another important inhabitant of the Atlantic Forest, I present here two photos of the Saffron Toucanet (Pteroglossus bailloni) / Araçari-banana.

It measures 35 to 39cm in length, and its weight, between 156 and 169g. The beak has various shades of green and yellow. There is a red area around the median part of the maxilla, with diffuse green margins that gradually turn grayish blue. The male's beak is larger than that of the female, which is also different in color: green tends more to olive and grayish. Thus, the male's colors are more vivid.

It feeds on fruits, insects, as well as eggs and chicks of other birds.

Little is known about the reproductive biology of this species. The nests are built in hollows, holes in trees and in termite mounds. It often uses woodpecker nests. The male courts the female singing and giving her food. In captivity, laying of 2 to 3 white eggs was observed. Parental care is provided by both sexes. The incubation period lasts about 16 days. There are references that report 2 to 4 eggs.

It usually lives in small groups of 5 to 7 individuals. A species of forestry habits, it jumps from branch to branch and is not in the habit of flying over rivers and lakes. Inhabits the canopy of tall forests in mountainous regions. It uses its relatively long beak to defend itself from predators and usually attacks other birds' nests. It is an important animal in the seed dispersal process.

2020 Lamborghini Adventador SVJ Coupe

With wild-looking bodywork and dramatic performance, the 2020 Lamborghini Aventador is spectacular in every sense of the word. It's also the last of a dying breed, with hybrid technology expected to enhance future iterations of the V-12 supercar. Still, this wedge-shaped, scissor-doored Lambo blasts into the sunset with neck-snapping acceleration and a maniacal exhaust note.

The 2020 Aventador powertrain hierarchy begins with a mid-mounted naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V-12 that develops 730 horsepower and 509 lb-ft of torque that is transmitted to the wheels via a seven-speed automated-manual transmission. This basic setup is shared among the three distinct variants, but the track-focused SVJ (which stands for Superveloce Jota) has various enhancements that unlock extra horsepower and torque that meet the pavement through all four wheels. We drove this brutally powerful monster—along with its roofless counterpart—and experienced their tremendous acceleration and kidney-crushing cornering forces firsthand. The hefty machines heaved through the corners, but their incredible grip and rear-steering system helped it change direction.
