Gulane Bootcamp Feb 27 2011

run by Lee Robertson of 'BFit East Lothian' email:handzonfitness@yahoo.co.uk

Bootcamp consists of running, press ups, squat jumps, bunny hops, kettle bells and the dreaded Murder Hill... A steep sand dune which really works the legs.

Whilst the excercise part is pretty tortuous and strenuous, the atmosphere is friendly and motivating, with kids and dogs welcome to join in, and finishing with a well earned BBQ

At the end of the Turnagain Arm along the Seward Hwy. Hard not to notice these Trumpeter Swans in this green expanse.

I go back and forth on this image... Some days it pleases me... Some days it just doesn't do much of anything for me. (Guess that should tell me something right there!) Perhaps it would have been better had they been on the water, with their bodies showing... Perhaps not... There was something interesting to me about just their heads and necks sticking up out of the grass. They were a good long ways away so there was no way to isolate thier heads/necks any more than what I've tried to do here.

I love the IDEA of it... That is these two striking white birds agains this huge expanse of green... Just not sure the 'idea' became a reality here. Your thoughts and suggestions are most appreciated as always!
