This past Saturday I photographed the 2015 Junior Blind Olympics. This is the 8th consecutvie year I have been covering this event. In years past I lugged my Canon 5D and 24-70 brick with a rented 70-200 by my side. Last year I covered the entire event with the Fuji X-T1 and 18-55...I could have used some extra reach, but I got by. This year I used the X-T1 with my new 18-135 attached and it was the perfect lens for this event! The lens is sharp and gives me good focal range (28-207MM). The evnet was a success! I was able to raise enough money to cover the cost of 20 of the 300 athletes....and I still have money coming in!!! You can still click through to my page and donate! No donation is too small :)
