First time I have done a close up shot of the Story Bridge from this vantage point. I was skeptical as to how the city in the background would also look so close up. I simply just had a go to see what it would look like.
I framed the photo so that the centre of the bridge would be the focal point with some of the city buildings towering above the bridge in the background.
Eve would like you to know that she is OK with having knowledge
but not OK with being vilified for her intelligence.
Frankly, she doesn’t like or need the company of snakes.
Nor does she need to have a conversation with them about
Some intellectual awakening at dinner.
Also, stop fat shaming!
She could also do without Adam and would rather wait for an Anna.
Eve would also like you to know that she’d rather eat chips.
Even though those are not good for her and she’s aware of that.
But sometimes, it’s nice to indulge in self destructive habits.
Because when all of humanity blames you for their faults...
You may as well have a little naughty fun.

While editing this image I kept thinking of Botticelli's Birth of Venus, a painting I adore. The editing became more painterly and I liked the way it finally turned out. The haunting trees and the snakes seemed to come alive. I love this set. The artistic brilliance and creativity behind this collaboration is just inspiring. ....

One of the meals that are surved during Orthodox Christmas Eve dinner in Serbia is fish. On my table we will have mackerel baked in paper bag. ( Ready for baking)

Christmas Eve in Grainau, taken during the blue hour 2 years ago. Many people go to the cemetery on Christmas Eve, with candles or lights. There is festive music and a blessing from the priest. Probably some Gluehwein somewhere afterwards or a good meal and definitely presents.
