The train to commerate the reopening of the K&ESR 50 years ago, at the foot of Tenterden Bank at Orpins Crossing headed by Terrier 2678 and No 15 Hastings.

The A14 ESR (Enhanced Support Rifle) can be used as a support rifle or marksman's rifle. It features a folding bayonet (hides inside the handgard when folded), adjustable cheek rest, and adjustable stock.

30-5-26. The soundscape and sights of the ESR got a treat today with Goninan K set K61 venturing up & down the ESR, with it being spotted on run 888F as it heads out of of Edgecliff bound for Campbelltown on a special farewell tour.
This K set would operate the joint Sydney Bus Museum, HET & Sydney Tram Museums 'Silver Sunset' tour which would take a K set across the whole Sydney rail network, starting from Central the train would run to Gosford via the T9 then back to Hurstville via the North Shore, to ESR then Campbelltown & finally to Clarendon via the T5 before finishing the tour at Strathfield.
This tour would also act as the farewell tour for the K sets as they're now running on borrowed time with several sets already cut up as scrap metal.

A pair of new Hungarian-built ESR 2-8-0 steam locomotives is seen at the Italian Port of Trieste, prior to delivery to Egypt in 1953.
In total, twenty such locomotives were built for service in Egypt by MÁVAG (Magyar Királyi Államvasutak Gépgyára) under the works numbers 6714-6733. Their ESR road numbers were 761-780.

I made a scout rifle. The spinny thing on the scope is supposed to be an experimental wind meter connected to the scope. 1987-1993 is the era I was going for.
