The morning calm was enhanced by a fairly heavy fog along the coast. When I saw that, I did the normal thing and grabbed the camera.

This scene is from Champney's Cove, a quiet and quaint area. The small boat floating on the flat water looked like a fitting subject, so I headed down to the beach.
