On the outskirts of Prescott, Arizona are some beautiful rock formations. This is one small example near the Granite Dells.

There was so much water flying around in this wind, the drops were inevitable. Which was a good thing, as it turned out! Wouldn´t want to miss them in this shot...

Brown Hare Norfolk

First trip out this year to try and get some Hare shots

Weather started off great but soon changed

Managed to get a few shots before it rained

I am not a fan of big government. This sign makes me want to laugh. It's "protecting" an area about 10 ft. by 10 ft. You can see the whole area in this picture above. This was an attempt to show what the area used to look like prior to people invading the mountain. Someone who knows nothing about cactus ordered this cactus "garden" planted. Cholla is not native to this area. The only place on the mountain you find more than one plant at a time is here in this garden. There was no need for this little show of strength and there was no need for these cactus to be moved to this location. Oh well, that's my nickle's worth today.
