Well the time has come......which tbh I didn't really think was going to happen and at the last minute by some miracle all would work out.....
(bad habit me thinking like that its beginning to appear 🙈).....There would be space at the ideal local SEN provision for 'H'
In one way I've saved myself a summer of worry thinking it would all work out in the end......
Other hand - BAM I'm now a Yr 7 teacher.......
So for teacher's perks (and yes we are following the curriculum and have a classroom set up - even a list of our school policies 😁) I declare photography on the time table.....
And I'm pleased to say the lesson has contributed immensely to 'H's photography skills......
As demonstrated by him Sunday morning when we went to watch the 'swan song' for the Class 507's at Hooton Station ......
He skidded onto the platform floor like a footballer with his celebration knee slide that even Mbappé would have been proud of .....don't quite know what the other photographer's thought.....but there again he's just like his Mom 😁

The totalitarianisms of the past are certainly different from what is currently becoming the wider context of our lives: surveillance capitalism. One of the main differences is that old-fashioned totalitarianism used, among other means, physical violence to enforce conformity, whereas surveillance capitalism delivers conformity via digitally manipulated information directly to our brains. Do we even know the choices we have not made?

Meeko is a ten-year-old raccoon from Ohio. She and her sister were orphaned as kits. They were rescued and became residents of the Cincinnati Zoo. There, they did shows together until Meeko's sister passed away. Meeko then came to the Lehigh Valley Zoo, here in Pennsylvania, where she's an education animal. She loves people and enjoys programs in which she can meet humans.
Cincinnati (/ˌsɪnsɪˈnæti/ SIN-sih-NAT-ee) is a major city in the U.S. state of Ohio and is the government seat of Hamilton County. Settled in 1788, the city is located at the northern side of the confluence of the Licking and Ohio rivers. The city drives the Cincinnati–Middletown–Wilmington combined statistical area, which had a population of 2,172,191 in the 2010 census making it Ohio's largest metropolitan area. With a population of 301,301, Cincinnati is the third-largest city in Ohio and 65th in the United States. In the nineteenth century, Cincinnati was an American boomtown in the heart of the country. Throughout much of the 19th century, it was listed among the top 10 U.S. cities by population, surpassed only by New Orleans and the older, established settlements of the United States eastern seaboard, as well as being the sixth-biggest city for a period spanning 1840 until 1860. As Cincinnati was the first city founded after the American Revolution, as well as the first major inland city in the country, it is regarded as the first purely "American" city.
Cincinnati developed with fewer immigrants and less influence from Europe than east coast cities in the same period. However, it received a significant number of German immigrants, who founded many of the city's cultural institutions. By the end of the 19th century, with the shift from steamboats to railroads drawing off freight shipping, trade patterns had altered and Cincinnati's growth slowed considerably. The city was surpassed in population by other inland cities, particularly Chicago, which developed based on strong commodity exploitation, economics, and the railroads, and St. Louis, which for decades after the Civil War served as the gateway to westward migration.

These classes are designed for those who wish to become an Affiliate, are new to being an Affiliate or desire more education on being an Affiliate.
Classes are offered twice a week beginning the week of June 5, 2023. (see below for schedule).
Classes are 1 hour in length and will have time for some questions and answers.
Classes are held on the Zooby Discord server in the Education Voice Channel under Community. The instructor will be on voice and screen sharing. You need to be able to hear and watch the screen share to benefit most from the class
Class sessions are provided à la carte. You can select and choose which individual session suits your needs
Cost: $5.00 (paid via PayPal) or 900L (paid in-world at the vendor), per person, per class.
