Editing done in PSE8, here are the steps I took in editing....hope I don't forget any!
Rotate counter clockwise slightly
Image > Resize > Scale to bring the eyes to the upper third and remove the white on the lower right
Control J to duplicate layer, then used clone tool set to lighten at low opacity to lighten the dark areas on her upper arm
Clone tool set to normal to remove the stray white fabric on the lower left
Clone tool set to darken at low opacity to remove small white spot to the upper right of her lip
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Levels - brought the midtones up quite a bit until I liked the look of her skin
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Photo Filter - added warming filter
Flatten Image
Ran Mini Fusion action by MCP, adjusted layers to taste
Ran CoffeeShop Perfect Portraits action but only used the skin softening layer, reduced opacity
(Loosely) following Aaron Nace's Phlearn tutorial by editing the GIF (left) from that tutorial's page.
No Photoshop here, though. :-)

Edited the RAW file. I took another shot of this with a quicker shutter speed but didn't upload it here. Let me know if anyone wants to see it.
