A re-edit of a photo I took almost 14 years ago with my then-new EF 50mm F/1.4 USM lens. Revisiting the image, I de-noised it using a Topaz plugin in Photoshop, ran it through Photolemur 3, made adjustments and applied a lookup table in Luminar 4.
This is not my pic...it is an edit as requested in the Helping Hands group here:

Original by IttyBittyJes here: www.flickr.com/photos/ittybittyjes/4605739487/
Both edits done in Lightroom. Here are my basic steps:
Straightened the photo making the wooden bar level, cropped slightly to bring the hat to the left edge.
Used the clone/heal tool to clean up the crumbs/spots around her mouth and the dark spot on her hat.
Applied preset Vintage Blue
Adjusted exposure to 0.51
Adjusted brightness to 43
Reduced luminance smoothing to 55 and color noise reduction to 68
Added an adjustment brush set to Iris Enhance selecting her eyes
Removed the vignette that was added in the preset and then used adjustment brush to lighten the upper left corner of the hat and darken the portion above her forehead.
Adjusted the Shadow Hue slightly to adjust the color
Added a Dodge adjustment just under her lips as it was a bit dark.
For the black & white, I started with the color edit and converted to b&w, adjusting the Shadow Hue and Contrast until I got tones I liked. Set the Point Curve to Strong Contrast
Adjusted contrast, fill light, and recovery until I liked the results.
An edited version of my concorde shot... This is to make it look cross processed and like the light is shining on it.. Does it work well? Do you like it?
The darkened areas are for creative effect. the lighting was partly natural, but i used a lighting effect filter in photoshop elements 5 as well. Colours altered also in photoshop.
A re-edit of one of the first photos that I took that really pleased me. Over 15 years later, I made some adjustments in Luminar 4 and applied a lookup table.
On my way to a morning work call, and I was very close to the Withrow Sub and saw a green on ATCS, so I stopped at the bridge over Rice Street to get a quick shot of the L517.
A re-edited version of a shot i took of the BBMF's Lancaster bomber over Ladybower reservoir for the Dambusters 65th Commemoration in 2008, re-edited for a shot i took of some 'Dambusters cheese' www.flickr.com/photos/psbellamy/3431801388/in/photostream/
This didn't turn out as great as I wanted it to. I think the original looks better and he stands out a little too much.
Thoughts?
