Apperantly Moko isn't a huge fan of his dad, since he hates it when his father gives attention to his twin sister without his permission. Considers his dad a rival to his sister's innocent affections.
So he gives Tora alot of attitude since he's a wolf and is possessively protective of his sister Bikou.
