Aberdeen Daimler CVG6/Alexander No 323 (VRS 323), new 1964, at King Street Garage on 6 July 1971. This bus was converted to forward entrance in 1968 as H38/27F - modified to H37/27F in 1971. When rebuilt to forward entrance in 1968 there was a rear number blind display. This view taken following repaint in the summer of 1971 shows that the rear blind has been removed, and the single centrally position reversing light has been replaced by two sited above the rear lights.

#howididthat (1) @myna_bacq had a really great pic in her feed full of color and emotion. I was inspired. (2) I used #tinyplanet to get the twirl effect. (3) Brought that into #kyoobic chose the style tab/oobic shapes. Made the page behind it black. (4) went into #photostudiofx used the invert filter. Then used the hue green hue red and hue purple filters to paint on where I needed a splash of color (pro tip: every filter in photostudiofx fx can be put over the whole image OR painted on specifically where you want. Once you've selected a filter, press the paintbrush icon in the lower right to selectively brush in the filter) (5) went to #camera+ added the nostalgia filter to add a slight bit of grain/grunge (6) used juxtaposer to "stamp" in the image of the guy in the suit. (juxtaposer is a brilliant app for layering but to explain the stamping process I'd need a day lol. I'll do a specific tutorial for it at a later date) I hope you enjoy not just the pic but the process behind it. Happy editing! #ae_tips

This weeks #edit_ae challenge is called "Idle hands are the devils playground." We take our hands for granted, just assuming they will do our bidding. Well it's about time they fight back. alteregoz: @arkenvolt the trick is to save a pic without the dots and with. Use a layering app like blender put the halftoned in the foreground and the one w/o in the back. Then erase where you want to highlight!!

#edit_ae : a night of decimation. Edit tip: decim8 can be a really fun app... As you hit the random process button, when you like the style of decimation, but it's not quite right, hit the retry button a few times. Save as many as you like. When you're done use a framing app to collage them all and make you look like an abstract master!!!!

This edit served dual purposes. A) my daydream #edit_ae challenge. What I dream about when I'm off in my head? My own art gallery, people lined up to see it, face booking and tweeting about being there and shaking my hand. And (b) @shibz2311 tagged me to do @wstairs #ws_everlastingedit challenge where we riff off the person who tagged me.
