The Edificio Metropolis is a beautiful Parisian style building located at the intersection of Gran Via and Calle de Alcala in Madrid Spain. Built in 1905, this ornate structure is surrounded by many other elegant buildings from the same period. The Gran Via district features many fine hotels and tourist attractions.

La Torre Telefónica también denominada Distrito Movistar Chile - es un rascacielos emplazado en la comuna de Providencia de la ciudad de Santiago, capital de Chile. Es propiedad de la multinacional de telecomunicaciones Movistar y es su centro de operaciones en el país.
Con 143 metros de altura y 34 pisos, ostentó desde 1996 a 1999 el título del edificio más alto de Chile. Es también considerado al igual que la Torre Entel un hito arquitectónico en la ciudad, por su moderna arquitectura y estratégica ubicación, remarcando el eje visual y urbanístico que representa el Parque Bustamante entre las comunas de Providencia y Santiago. Su diseño representa un teléfono móvil de los años 1990, forma de telecomunicación actual.

The Telephone Tower, also called the Movistar Chile District, is a skyscraper located in the Providencia commune of the city of Santiago, capital of Chile. It is owned by the multinational telecommunications company Movistar and is its operations center in the country.
With 143 meters high and 34 floors, from 1996 to 1999 it held the title of the tallest building in Chile. It is also considered, like the Entel Tower, an architectural landmark in the city, due to its modern architecture and strategic location, highlighting the visual and urban axis that Parque Bustamante represents between the communes of Providencia and Santiago. Its design represents a mobile phone from the 1990s, a current form of telecommunication.
