I-25 heading south ground to a halt about an hour after leaving Casper. It took us about 4 hours to get to Glendo, and another 2 hours to drive 40 more miles to south of Wheatland. At that point we took the exit for Wyoming highway 34 to Laramie, which was moving at full speed. We arrived in Longmont, CO just past 2am. What should have been about 4 hours to Longmont turned into 10 hours.

Not crowded at all. People who brought them had plenty of space for their tents and sun canopies.

A bunch of folks ran over and joined our group a few minutes before totality. This picture was taken by the Dutch woman, who flew to the US with her husband and 3 teens just for the eclipse!
