BEST VIEWED AT LARGER SIZES - In this multiple exposure photo taken over a 45 minute span, the moon is engulfed in the Earth's shadow during a total lunar eclipse as seen from New York, U.S., on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008. The star trails seen above the moon are of the planet Saturn and Regulus, a bright star. The next total lunar eclipse will occur on Dec. 21, 2010. Photographer: Keyur Khamar
Thanks for your comments. Please note - this is a multiple exposure photo taken over a time interval - the moon/stars move a great deal over a 45 minute span, so to get this effect, you must use a wide lens, otherwise the moon will go off the frame.
Stop by and enjoy live streaming of the solar eclipse in the meeting room. A limited number of certified solar eclipse glasses for people to see in person during the event will be provided during the event.
Gracias.
