N836E was noted at Riem on 28 August 1971, which is probably the precise date for this shot. The aircraft had been acquired from Air New Zealand in April 1971 and is still wearing the airline’s basic colour scheme. Seen here taxiing to Riem’s runway 25 for take-off.
Information from airhistory.net - thanks to Peter Gates:
Ordered by Qantas 1 April 1958 as VH-ECD. Leased to Air New Zealand as ZK-TED from April 1970. Sold to Nomads Inc as N836E on 21 April 1971. Sold to Mandala as PK-RLG and was written off at Medan on 30 November 1985 with nil fatalities after starboard wheels fell off in flight.

Those are digital photos from Katowice City (part 2 of the collection).
They have been made with the VD-TECH ECD-111 digital camera - it's cheap, plastic, and extremly low-tek as for digi, hehe. :)
It's a 3 MPX device but its the lowest resolution is something like 1.3 MPX only, which I use of course. ;)
From the on-board filters I tend to use 'tungsten' sometimes, also 'fluorescent', 'sharpness: soft' and other stuff.
The manual exposure option can give strange and insteresting results, too.
The camera does some stuff automatically but the CPU is so sloooooow :P that it's possible to experiment with light and shapes buy moving the camera while making photos (some cool deformations or strange lights appear).
Even the lens is somewhat twisted/contorted which gives curved shapes on the sides of the picture, hehe.
Some corrections I made as usual with Paintshop and Gimp software.
First flown with the Boeing test registration N6009F, the aircraft was re-registered N5017V for some Boeing test flights before being delivered to GECAS and leased to Emirates Airline as A6-ECD in Oct-07.
It was painted in the 'Expo 2020 - Opportunity / Orange' livery in May-18. The aircraft was withdrawn from service in Mar-20 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and returned to service in early Jul-20.
The aircraft was transferred from GECAS to AerCap in Nov-21 while the lease to Emirates continued. The aircraft was withdrawn from service and stored at Dubai International in Aug-24.
It was returned to AerCap as N279AE in Nov-24 and ferried to Tel Aviv, Israel in Dec-24 and stored awaiting freighter conversion. The aircraft was converted to freighter configuration with a main deck cargo door in Jan-26
It was ferried to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for painting and returned to Tel Aviv in early Feb-26. It was leased to Challenge Airlines Malta as 9H-CAZ in Feb-26. Current, updated 26-Feb-26.
