M42 Duster armored self-propelled gun, armed with two 40-mm Bofors anti-aircraft/multi-purpose autocannon produced under license in the US. In US service from 1953 to 1988, including combat in Vietnam. Eleven US allies used it and some still do.

Hey Freeman... tell your sister "hello"!

Plymouth Duster du début des années 1970 (1971 ?) présente au concours d'élégance de Chambly 2009. Cette voiture était basée sur la Valiant mais offrait un "look" plus sportif !

The original Plymouth Duster is a semi-fastback two-door version of the compact-sized Plymouth Valiant automobile that was marketed by Plymouth in the U.S. from 1970 to 1976 model years.

The Duster was not changed significantly for 1972. New surface-mount sidemarker lights replaced the previous flush-mount items, the taillamps became larger, one-piece units. The power rating of the 340 V8 was reduced from 275 bhp (205 kW) to 245 bhp (183 kW) due in part to a reduction in compression ratio from 10.2:1 to 8.5:1, as well as changing the intake valves from 2.02 in (51 mm) to 1.88 in (48 mm).All horsepower rating numbers, even on unchanged engines, decreased for 1972 due to a new rating protocol. Chrysler's electronic ignition became standard on the 340 models in 1972.

Majorette quite rightly have been able to update their Dacia Duster casting in line with the real vehicle which largely looked the same from its introduction in 2010 in second generation form to its third generation which only largely ended production in 2024.

Majorette have been making their Duster since 2011 when it debuted as a basic mainline but those features now means its priced and marketed in higher tier sub series such as "Rescue". Seen here in its newest French themed Police Municipale livery which I was able to find in an E.Leclerc recently.

Mint and boxed.

Didn't have the room to shoot the whole jacket, so I compromised and shot the most interesting detail. I had to shoot from a certain angle so that the lighting would convey the mood of the room.

Spotted in Reims, the Dacia Duster was abundant in all 5 countries I visited. Of course, this ones in a very 'French' condition, the interior panels must be pushed in too? I quite like the design of the Duster, well the front and side anyway. A very chunky design, Dacia/Renault had done a pretty good job on the Duster. My friends like it too. However none of us liked the back, where it goes a little too chunky and slightly bulbous.

I hear they're coming to the UK, and I hear they're gonna be cheap. Anyone know how much? I reckon these will become very common on our roads soon.

Lansare Dacia Duster

Taken in 1925 in Indiana. The sign says-Christmas Parcels, Wrap ?, Address Plainly, and Mail Early.

Found in a Target parking lot in Orange County, CA. Here, you can see how well preserved the (presumably) original interior is, though that towel on the driver's seat could be covering up some wear.
