Grapevine Conventions and Visitors Bureau festival operations manager Gayle Hall, takes the first plunge of the day in a dunking booth outside of the Grapevine City Hall Thursday morning, November 21st, 2002. Several Grapevine city officials celebrities volunteered to take a turn in the dunking booth, where all of the money raised was pledged to the United Way.
First attempt at the basketball! Lots of arms and legs every where and the usual "hero" security guard :) hence the distance of this shot.

Back in 1997, a small, California-based cult called Heaven's Gate committed a mass suicide after its leaders convinced the 38 member to do so. Nike decided to produce a pair of Nike Dunk High SB's inspired by the tragedy, but due to a fear of bad publicity, the idea was scraped. So at this point, these remain just a sample called nike sb dunk high heavens gate sample. They feature a predominantly black upper constructed from leather and suede, along with purple accents on the tongue, lacing tabs, and ankle area.
At work we have a tradition of tossing someone in the fountain before they get married. Wednesday was Jenny's lucky day!
Mr. McCarthy slams it home during the April/May birthday dance. He didn't miss this slam dunk, unlike the other one.
