Because that's what we were dancing to in the kitchen.
and on the patio.
and in the hallway.
and on the roof.
If i'd had some twizzlers, it would've been perfect, but alas, we had to make do with having a good ol' time strutting our stuff to folks like Flux Pavillion and Nero.
There was a short break while we watched Key & Peele skits, but it was mainly a dubstep afternoon.
Or, more accurately, a Dubstep and Photos We Were Really Happy With afternoon.
Because we were really happy, because we were the two of us definitely in that state of Flow where she's anticipating the direction I'm about to give, I'm anticipating the moves she's about to make, where we are both on the same page the entire time.
"wanna go on the roof?"
"fuck yes."
"how's this jumper look?"
"ZOINKS."
"I'm thirsty."
"I already poured you a glass of water."
Simpatico, man. Like one of those days where you expect traffic and it's clear sailing instead, all the way from home to destination. Like putting on that pair of jeans you've spent weeks breaking in.
Like hitting that backhand on the court after spending weeks fielding balls from the weird ball shooting machine thing.
Ehem.
It doesn't need to be said, but I sure do like saying it: good times.

ok, so this could do with way more improvement, but i cant be stuffed. I just kinda got bored on this one, and had no where else to go with it. so, if you want to improve it, I have the code saved. It works like this, you plug in your ipod, play dubstep, charge gun, fire, and then blow your enemy away with deafening power. Crits to Juice for mentoring.
F/1.2, 1/20 second handheld, ISO1600. A re-edit of a photo that I took over 11 years ago with a mighty Canon EF 85mm F/1.2L USM that a friend rented and let me borrow for one evening. The 85L is one of those magic lenses that lives up to and even exceeds the hype surrounding it. Revisiting the image, I de-noised it using a Topaz plugin in Photoshop, made adjustments and applied a lookup table in Luminar 4.
