Many doubts the viability and sustainability of dubai's current pace of development and construction. Many believe that the real estate in dubai is being toppled or will fall.

I firmly believe that the real estate market is at present temporarily clouded, yes. Sooner rather than later the reality business will pierce through clouds fly high once again.

May be, the commercial sector will continue to be sluggish for some more time.
