Budget cuts have been significant in British Columbia this school year and one area suffering is maintenance. While it is important, of course, to put as much of your funding as you can possibly do so to instruction, there are some things that really do need to be done to help the buildings along.

Aku dan Salmiza ada bnyk persamaan.. dari waktu aku mula bertugas di USM, dia adalah salah seorg yg terawal aku kenal.. Waktu aku belum dpt PhD.. dia pun sama sdg menunggu.. kebetulan bila dia komfem dpt PhD.. aku pun sama.. Time mula2 kami dpt jwtn sementara DS45.. tarikh tawaran jwtn sama.. gaji of course sama.. Bila kami nk dioffer jwtn tetap.. tiba2 kluar skim DS51.. yg gajinya jauh lebih lumayan dr DS45.. so bila dpt offer dgn syarat trpaksa letak jwtn DS45 & pkhidmatan kami selama beberapa bulan xdikira.. kami pun buat decision yg sama.. terima.. so tarikh lantik kami sama..1/8/2008..so bila induksi, kursus BM (kt usm wajib lecturer ambik kursus BM), kursus pnp.. kami mmg ambil sama2.. bila pngesahan jwtn pun sama.. 1/9/2010..
Kami selalu bercerita antara satu sama lain, dulu b4 aku kawen bnyk kami kongsi cerita suka duka masing2.. bnyk gak dia support aku.. aku support dia..kisah hidup kami sbnrnya juga ada persamaan..
Cuma sejak akhir2 ni kami susah nk jumpa.. masing2 sibuk.. dulu selalu gak lunch sama2.. tp skg sbb dia ada komitmen sendiri dan hubby aku kerja satu school & lunch aku biasanya dgb hubby.. so mcm lama xbercerita antara satu sama lain.. wlupun ofis aku dan dia cuma selang 2 pintu jer..
Kebetulan hjg minggu ni school kami ada Bengkel di Swiss Garden Lumut.. tadi baru brkesempatan duduk bersama.. borak2 smbil brbengkel..
Dan tiba2 kami sama2 terperasan.. ehh.. jam kita samalah.. sebijik sama cuma warna kt dlm jam aku hitam.. dia punya biru tua.. jenama Seiko.. hihi.. bnyk betul persamaan.. gelak kami dibuatnya..
By the way, jam aku tu adalah jam hantaran pemberian hubby.. ingat lg jam tu dibeli masa rehat sewaktu kursus kawen di Komtar.. hubby pilih jenama Seiko sbb katanya kalau nk beli jam yg bagus kena beli jam yg jenama jam jugak.. klu jenama bukan jam mcm Guess ke.. xberapa bagus... hihi.. ikut je la kan :P
Anyway.. kt atas tu tgn aku & salmiza.. td tunjuk kat hubby gambar ni.. dia pun xsangka lg satu tu tgn salmiza..hihi

My parents in law have a water tank in the garden in which they collect rainwater for watering the garden. It's standing on two stacking pallets. This is the middle part of the lower one.
Follow-up picture (next picture): right next to it is a fence with an archway. It's got wine growing over it. Was difficult to decide...
Heavily stylised shot of a flock of pigeons on top of a tree in Bath. I messed around with the logarithmic threshold levels. turned out to be quite a spooky shot that reminds me of the spindly aspects of Nightmare Before Christmas.
