I had to go red for this one…at the very least I can get red on SL even if I cannot go red in rl hahah…
So just including a note about the lovely Ni who’s my closest friend in SL….thank you babes for the amazing gifty of the legacy body, just blew my mind!! This is the gift that keeps on giving as I get to wear it as often as possible yay and so thoughtful!!

In Etosha National Park a waterhole on the salt pan I would never have known was there had these lions not come to drink.
The unique shape of the 15m high sea stack resembles a giant dinosaur enjoying a drink from the ocean.
The shot was taken at sunrise (and what a sunrise it was!) on my last day in Iceland. What a glorious way to end such an unforgettable trip!

On seeing Tim Melling's wonderful shot of a drinking Stock Dove, I remembered a similar shot that I'd taken a couple of years ago, of a drinking Turtle Dove. I'm always fascinated when I see Doves drinking, as they completely submerge their bill, almost up to their eyeballs & gulp away.

Encounter between Tofu and Filou at the birdbath in the garden. All cats like to drink from the birdbath, especially in the almost summery heat we have now. Tofu arrived there first but patiently waited until Filou had finished drinking.

Been trying to get this shot for awhile now, and although it isn't perfect, it's the best one I've had of this scenario to date. Hoping for another chance with better lighting so I can use lower iso and higher f stop.
Can't come to Flamborough and not take a few shots of the Drinking Dinosaur.
Turned into a impromptu morning of laughs and banter when I unexpectedly bumped into Phil Norton and Andrew Whettam. It was fairly busy as usual at this iconic Yorkshire coast location so after grabbing our shots here we moved on to North Landing which we had to ourselves.
I've visited here three times now and on my previous visits the tide has been quite a lot further in so it was good to see it in different conditions. Each time I've been here a pod of seals has been basking on the pebbled beach. They can just be seen here further out on the rocky strata between the beach and the dinosaurs head.
