Dover International Speedway, Dover, Delaware. Autism Speaks 400 race at the Monster Mile. Jimmie Johnson, who has led the race with 225 laps out of 400, will become a victim of the NASCAR officials. While exiting pit road Johnson was flagged for speeding and forced to return to pit roadto serve a pass through penalty which put Johnson one lap down, with 37 laps to go. This allowed Kyle Busch to win the race. Johnson ended up finishing in 16th place.

Dover Motor Speedway (formerly Dover Downs International Speedway and later Dover International Speedway) is a race track in Dover, Delaware, United States. The track has hosted at least one NASCAR Cup Series race each year since 1969, including two per year from 1971 to 2020.
