Ce temple, dont il ne reste que deux pans de mur de la cela carrée, s'inscrit au sein d'un vaste sanctuaire dont les fouilles, commencées en 2013 et se poursuivant jusqu'à l'été 2017, dévoilent l'étendue et la complexité des bâtiments, dans un secteur dont l'occupation remonte au néolithique et qui a connu une phase importante de constructions monumentales au 1er siècle de notre ère.
il s'agit d'un édifice cultuel d'inspiration celto-romaine. La dédicace du temple au dieu romain Janus ne repose sur aucun fait archéologique ou historique avéré et la divinité qui était vénérée dans ce temple est encore inconnue aujourd'hui. Sont conservés deux pans de mur de sa cella carrée sur une hauteur de plus de 20m ainsi que des vestiges des fondations de son péribole et de ses constructions annexes.
If you dont know what today is your missing out. Today is the opening of Fantasy Fair. As we all know Plastik is a major sponsor of the Fantasy Fair. This year they are on a sim called Sirens Lore. This event is a huge fundraiser for Relay For Life. This year there are eighteen beautiful sims. meant to spark the imagination and fill you with wonder. With so much shopping and a quest and so much more. Fantasy Fair is an event that as a role player I always looking forward to. Last year the event raised just under 70,000 US dollars for cancer research. That was over 17 million linden. So lets all do our part and try and raise even more. Plastik is an amazing place to start. They have a bunch of new releases for this event. My favorite this year are the Aryini Lian Dress and the Kinins Crystals. Both of these are perfect for any magically inclined creatures or just for fun. The Aryini Lian Dress comes in a couple different materials and is made for the maitreya, hourglass, legacy, isis, and freya bodies. So make your way down to Fantasy Fair and check out all of the amazing offerings. I am certain you will not leave disappointed or empty handed.

Ce discret Bécasseau rencontré lors de mes dernières saisons dans la Baie où, à chaque année, j'en ai observé qu'un seul spécimen, demeure pour moi l'espèce la plus nombreuse que j'ai pu observer et approcher depuis le début de cette saison. Après les trois spécimens rencontrés à la Réserve naturelle de Pointe-Yamachiche dont je vous ai déjà présenté quelques images, voici que lors de ma toute première visite de la saison dans la Baie du côté de Saint-Armand, j'en ai encore croisé trois, accompagnés aussi de Petits et de Grands chevaliers. Je les aime beaucoup ces bécasseaux au long bec et aux longues pattes, ce qui les caractérisent particulièrement par rapport aux autres bécasseaux pouvant être observés au Québec.

Les autorités australiennes ont élaboré un plan pour le moins radical pour se débarrasser des chats errants. Celui-ci comprend le déploiement de robots tueurs dont l'objectif est de traquer et d'éliminer les félins, considérés comme invasifs et nuisibles pour la faune endémique.

S'élevant à 7,6 millions de dollars australiens, soit 4,6 millions d’euros, le plan vise à éradiquer les chats harets (chats domestiques retournés à l'état sauvage) d'ici à 5 ans dans l'État d'Australie-Occidentale.
Après des années de tests, les autorités fédérales ont finalement approuvé le déploiement de Felixer. Commercialisé par l'entreprise locale Thylation, ce “robot tueur” identifie les chats à partir de leur silhouette et de leur démarche. Il envoie ensuite un gel toxique, du fluoroacétate de sodium ou poison 1080, sur l'animal. Le poison est ensuite ingéré par celui-ci lors de sa toilette, entraînant sa mort.
Financièrement, les dommages causés par les chats harets sur la faune du pays s'élèvent à près de 300 millions de dollars australiens, soit 181 millions d’euros.

La vasque déposée à la Garenne fut utilisée au début du 20e siècle pour simuler le point d'arrivée d'une fausse source thermale, dont l'eau était amenée du Gnarrou. Les éléments subsistants ont été remontés en 1996 dans le square situé en bas de l'avenue Mondenard
