After a lighting strike in his former masters house his circuits melt down. The robot wasn't able to do his daily tasks and if that was not enough, he also was one from the discarded models. So it came that his master decide to sell him to the smelter. After few days on the coach he felt down to the ditch. Still sad about his loose and frightened about the foreign place he strays around in the country not knowing this was probably the best thing that ever could happened to him.

Okay, so this is a comparison post for anyone else who might be wondering about the fit of the 5th Motif Venitu or Goohwa on a Dollshe craft 18M Classic Mystic body. ^_^ so here are a few photo comparisons of the head without any modifications on the neck, and I will say, it looks pretty short necked especially compared to other dolls, also there is little to no up or down pivotal motion, the side to side turning is okay. As you can see the range of motion as well as the length of the neck are definitely better with the neck donut, but it's still not perfect. I think that some kind of slight modification to the neck donut would greatly help the overall look and range of motion. And if I eventually do mod mine, I'll post more pics of how it turns out.^-^
I purchased the neck donut or "neck protector" as they call it, on Alice's Collections for $1.50. I hope this helps! :)

Before all things reborn again. It’s Wei Wuxian’s birthday (oh and also, Halloween. XD)! There was all manner of talk about spooky pictures but the sudden snowstorm we had thwarted some of that — for the better in this case. I kind of adore the idea of Wei Wuxian waking up on some wintery Gusu morning after the events of the main story to celebrate his birthday with Lan Zhan, possibly with wacky birthday hijinks planned by way of the juniors and Jin Ling. Happy #probjdartistsday everyone! This year, a few of the crew members felt it'd be nice to discuss a few things I've had to do to make them possible.
Haruka is an Angell Studio Xi Shi and was bought at an event with a very good discount.
Teiwa is a Feeple65 Chloe and was bought second hand.
Natsumi's layaway took me 6 months to pay off (thank you jeeryama for allowing it 🙏), she's a Loongsoul Meiji
Saya is a Loongsoul Lianpian and was a split and shared a body with Natsumi for over a year while I saved for her body and then waited to receive it.
Loki was not only bought second hand, but dyed into the right color. He's an Iplehouse Eric.
So what am I trying to say with this? It's that where there's a will, there's a way. I know the temptation is great, guys, this is an expensive hobby and there's so many beautiful dolls out there. But it IS a hobby. You don't need these dolls. The artists on the other hand do need to be paid for their hard work. This is not up for discussion. If you buy a recast knowingly, that's theft. If you're already on the deep end and want help coming to the legit side, hit me up. I'm happy to help with suggestions of affordable companies or ways to help you save money. Yesterday I finally removed the terrible faceup I gave this guy last year. Ugh it was so bad.😣😑 So if you saw my last post, you know that my Venitu (character name unknown..?) is now on Dev’s body, Dev is now on an old mellowed Soom super gem body, and this guy, is on the DollShe Mystic body, and fits it like a dream. Which shocked me, since he has a pretty small neck opening, but his overall head size is really big, so the proportions are good, and the neck moves really well. Now the only issue is matching the yellower tone head to the very pale body, which I will try to do with the faceup. The other two pics show the difference in resin tone. By the way, this is a really old DIM minimee head, I’m not positive of the actor it was sculpted with the likeness of, if anyone has any ideas I’d be curious to hear who he looks like to you. ^_^
