KOTONARU

I want to pay tribute to my friend and collaborator Robert Christopher, who passed recently. We played together in a punk rock band, "Like A Horse." Later, Bobby went on to form "Three Legged Dog" with Timmy Anardi and Dogboy Deva. He was a great songwriter, family man, and human being. Here's a painting I did of a Three Legged Dog rehearsal in 1987.

Taken with a Canon EOS 5D Mark IV camera with a Canon EF24-105mm f/4L IS USM lens at ƒ/8.0 with a 0.6-second exposure at ISO 100. Processed with Adobe Lightroom CC.

Adam Kindly offered to drive us to Dublin for the second day of Eurocultured in Dublin.. Fair play to him! Going anti-clockwise artists are me, Friz, Small Parcels and Dog Boy from the Spoom Collective.. Big ups to the Spearfish lads for their hard graft in making it happen and to all the other artists who dropped some amazing pieces over the two days.. We're gonna do a show in the applerock studios (Dublin) on the 19th of August.. More info to follow! Yeo!

I took this photo of Frank with our new camera only i'm not very good at using it yet. The large sized version looks pretty blurry unfortunately.

With deep sadness, I want to tell you that Alex, our brilliant first dogboy, has passed on. His amazing soul inspired me to become the photographer that I am today. And Flickr was the platform for his amazing life. While his first three years were impossibly rough for him, he came to us and had 10 amazing years, filling us with calm love, deep happiness and unthinkable love. Words can't possibly express how much he will be missed.

I made this for a short flash clip, but you have to find it here: arghcomic.com/

(Hint: try the small red dot lights...)

This is the web of my new comic magazine, with Jorge Parras and many other friends. We're presenting it the next 21. of December, at a comic shop in Valencia called "FUTURAMA". It would be really nice to meet some of you there, if it could be possible...

¡WOWYEAH!

I was in our local park recently, as watched these two for a little while. It was so amusing, that dog stuck to the little boy like glue !

I originally made this because I was angry about an art critic's interpretation of a Rauschenberg work.

Alberta Cancer Foundation’s Underwear Affair, June 2, 2012 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

The Underwear Affair is a fund raising event. Participation in The Underwear Affair helps lift the taboo connected with cancers below the waist. Proceeds from the Alberta Cancer Foundation's Underwear Affair support the Tom Baker Cancer Centre here in Calgary and 16 other cancer centres throughout the province.

this is what one would call a bad scan.

Chloe was the big girl of our little dog pack. Now that she's gone, it's amazing how many people stop and tell me how much they liked that dog, how much they're going to miss her.

She rode along everywhere, and knew a lot of folks.

She seemed to value her human friendships above meeting other dogs. If she was out of the truck, she'd greet you warmly, and want to shake hands (muddy your pants or run your stockings). If she was inside the truck--stand back! She'd attack the window in a fury--once she even blooded her own nose, charging the glass!

The little girls missed their big Alpha-Girl sister, and they let me know. Now Fox is the new rookie in our pack. Of course, we'll always miss our Big Girl, and her sudden passing this winter was followed this week by the loss of her brother, Bandit. Now both my buddy Tob and I have some new young dogs to enjoy, and try to keep up with. Rescue dogboys, with issues. You've met Fox, and I'm sure Tobey's new guy, Cody, will show up in some photos soon.

My poster for "Astral Blackout" a collective exhibition in Latvia and for Popper Mag 3 release.
