Built in 1938 as a Marathon Gas Station, this delightful structure is now the home of the Springfield Bicycle Doctor. In the years between being a gas station and bicycle shop, the building has been occupied as a laundry and dry cleaners, real estate office and, more recently, a barber shop. The current owners, Robert and Cynde LaBonte, purchased the property in early 2012, and have since remodeled the original building for their bicycle sales and repair shop, and have added a small storage building.
Me: Doc, I Can't Stop Singing "The Green, Green Grass Of Home."
Doctor: That Sounds Like Tom Jones Syndrome.
Me: Is That Common?
Doctor: Well, It's Not Unusual.
The house on this island has always left me wondering: What would it really be like to live there?
It's located near the town of Cohasset, MA. I'm not sure why it's named "Doctor's Island" - Sure there's an interesting story.

A pair of tree doctors sees to the needs of a rare kind of sakura that's been in front of this family home for generations. Both doctors here are women.
For my Doctor Strange I wanted to do something different from everyone else's version and that is that I used e-tape for the robes. The EoA is sculpted and not removable. The cape is two pieces and it's cut from an index card.
My Doctor Strange custom is finished, I added the cape but, Should I sculpt the hair? Hope you like this fig! :D

The bottling company in Dublin TX was once a Dr Pepper bottler. No longer, but it is still in operation, though some of it has been converted to a museum showcasing it's former heyday!

Happy Earth Day!!
Getting older means saying goodbye to good friends like my partner for many years, Dr Mossa Hajisheikh, He was my deerest and truest friend in all my years and I truly loved him. He passed this afternoon from heart failure. I guess it was worn out from being such a good guy. He really saved my life in so many ways.
Ya gotta get to the Dr. Office on time.... but then, when you do, you rarely get to see the doctor for at least a half an hour (or longer). On this instance I was shuffled around to three different rooms while waiting to see my Opthamologist.... one room had this plant in a corner, and our of boredom took some shots with my P&S and then came home and did some photoshopping.
