It's located near the town of Cohasset, MA. I'm not sure why it's named "Doctor's Island" - Sure there's an interesting story.

El Centre Pompidou Málaga es una sede del Centro Nacional de Arte y Cultura Georges Pompidou de Francia, ubicado en el espacio denominado El Cubo en la ciudad de Málaga. Se trata de la primera sede del Centre Pompidou París fuera de Francia.
Fue inaugurado el 28 de marzo de 2015 por el Presidente del Gobierno de España, Mariano Rajoy, y la Ministra de Cultura de Francia, Fleur Pellerin. Se ubica en La Malagueta, Pasaje Doctor Carrillo Casaux, S/N – 29016-Málaga.
Tengo más fotos del Centre Pompidou, pero creo que las expuestas son suficientes para dar una idea de la magnitud e importancia de este museo.

The 'four doctors' were theologians who established early Christian doctrines.
At left is St Augustine, Bishop of Hippo in Africa (395-430AD). He is flourishing a pen. The right hand panel portrays one of the donors.
A pair of tree doctors sees to the needs of a rare kind of sakura that's been in front of this family home for generations. Both doctors here are women.

Doctor Who is a British science fiction television series first broadcast by the BBC in 1963. The series follows the adventures of the Doctor, an extraterrestrial being from a humanoid species known as Time Lords. The Doctor travels through space and time using a time travelling spaceship called the TARDIS, which has an exterior that resembles a British police box.
My sister works in the Baby Hip Clinic and one of the Doctors there is retiring, so she asked if I could make them a cake to give to him. On the cake is some ring splints to keep the babies hips in place and on the cake board is a tape measure… as he is always borrowing everyone else’s as he can never find his own.
Apparently the Doctors are no longer allowed to wear long sleeves or ties anymore due to infection risks… (Well BAM went my idea of a Doctor in his little white coat and smart tie)… so this is the way they dress now, in short sleeve shirts.

The bottling company in Dublin TX was once a Dr Pepper bottler. No longer, but it is still in operation, though some of it has been converted to a museum showcasing it's former heyday!
So I spent the day running around with my grandpa today while Chucho slept in. He had a doctor's appointment to fix BOTH of the hearing aids he "accidentally" broke weeks ago. Then it was off to breakfast for a senior meal - he loves those discounts. Then he wanted to get parts for his weed eater, at 2 different stores. Then it was across town to get some tomato plants to replace a few that he doesn't feel are performing good enough, and then he needed to get a card for a wedding, so I got to read to him and most of the store half an isle of cards...and he settled for "one that just holds money - who cares what it says. THEY won't"... Then after I asked if we were finished and ready to head home, and he says yes, Chucho wakes up and calls, saying he's hungry and could I bring some Mcnuggets. I say sure and pick some up figuring its our last stop before home. While at the drive thru he remembers he wants some beer for tonight, so it was off to the liquor store for supplies. That was the one thing that wasn't an ordeal. He knew right where the specials were. Then he had to go to the ATM to get the money for the card. I helped him push the buttons while he loud whispered to me the code on that "damn ATM that nobody can see" He was right. Even I had a hard time reading that faded display. Then it was back to Loma...and halfway there he panics saying that he left his glasses on the ATM because he could read better without them, but he needs them for tv... He pats down his body and says we have to go back... We go all the way back, he gets out of the car and stands up to go to the ATM and feels them in his pocket.... So we get back home and have a beer for our half hour day that turned into the whole day and I give Chucho his now cold nuggets... So Grandpa wants to see the pics we took at the Monument. He sees this pic and says, "If you want to live as long as me, you don't do pictures like this" and shut the laptop.

Happy Earth Day!!
Stuck to the old design (minus the helmet) for this one. No lightbulb on the torso unfortunately, but I think Zod's head works well on him.
Getting older means saying goodbye to good friends like my partner for many years, Dr Mossa Hajisheikh, He was my deerest and truest friend in all my years and I truly loved him. He passed this afternoon from heart failure. I guess it was worn out from being such a good guy. He really saved my life in so many ways.
