A double-exposure with AKA33. Shot on a Rice Krispie cam in Canad, and then rewound, reloaded and posted to me in the UK.

A disk head from a disk drive I maintained as a young tech. The same type head (more or less) was was used in drives with capacities of 25 to 300 megabytes. the 25 to 80 megabyte drives used disk packs with 3 platters. The 200 and 300 megabyte drives used 10 platter packs. The ruler and dime give an indication of the size of the head assembly.

Ice disks formed below Reedsburg Dam near Houghton Lake Michigan.
